Street Fight

Try not to blink  too much during a street fight.
Instant blink of an eye can make you vulnerable to another blow. Blinking is a natural reflex. In fact, the eyes blink every 2-10 seconds. However, you can avoid blinking excessively during a street fight by being properly trained. For example, in the simulation of boxing and full contact street fighting practive, there must be a conscious effort to maintain your head and your eyes open during combat. This ability, of course, take some time and most importantly you must be brave and keeping your eyes wide open keeping an eye on your opponent and surroundings..


Breath during a street fight
Breathing is the most important and most frequently overlooked aspects of training in street fighting. Proper breathing to promote muscle relaxation and increase the speed and efficiency of your combination attacks. The speed of your breathing you will decide the rapid recovery of your body. Breathing is one of the key components in a street fight.

Avoid the use of flexible weapons in street fighting
Avoid the use of flexible weapons (chains, belts, etc.) They are negatives for the following reasons: (1), they are generally difficult to control during a fight; (2) they lack the power  if going against something like a baseball bat; (3) rapid recovery after swinging; (4) must use full range of Movement to attack; (5) they opened your body for opponent to take advantage; (6) they can get caught within the surrounding.

Do not underestimate your opponent!
Do not try to determine the fighting ability of the attacker during the fighting in the streets. The bottom line is, you should always assume your opponent is an expert in all forms of street fighting.

Remember that in street fighting , there are no rules and no referees, so things can get ugly real fast. Always be prepared and train hard!
